Need to set value in the gender dropdown.

I have created the gender dropdown using the "Pickup List" option and set the value "Men" and "Women" but when I customer sync Magento2 to ZOHO CRM then the gender dropdown value set is 1 and 2.

Please help me how to set the value when received 1 for "Men" and 2 for "Women" in the ZOHO account.
