We are trying to migrate the emails from a domain we have hosted at Netfirms to a different domain that we have recently setup on Zoho. We have supplied the required information, but the following error is displayed when we try to add the migration.

Server not reachable

The domain on Netfirms is amgrd.ca, and the domain on Zoho is wmcrd.ca. The email addresses have been setup on Zoho, and the MX records have been changed for the wmcrd.ca domain. Would the different in domain be a conflict?
