New action based on Radio Button Selection

Hi there

I have Option Box with Three options

1. Accept
2. Decline
3. Follow up

Based on the the option another action should be preformed

Option 2
If option 2 is selected then a pre-populated mail should be send to the Broker that is linked to the client (The Broker is also on the form) Also it should select the correct language per-pouplated mail
There should also be option to add additional info to the mail

Option 3
If option 3
Again pre-populated mail based on language of Broker
Set a reminder for follow up date
Capture Follow up date

If option 1
Again send mail to broker based on language
Send Welcoming E-mail to client
Open Client Information form and copy details already captured to the form
