New Employee unable to accept invitation

Hi,

On our Zoho we just brought in a new employee. I've sent him the invitation about three times but each time I send it, he accepts it and it just trys to sign him up for a free account. 

Is there an issue with onboarding people into the system right now or are we just falling into an easily fixed error?
