It collects a lot of data in a small space   and means that feedback forms, profiling forms and questionnaires can be built closer to the levels required by my customers.

It allows me to define how many columns and their names e.g. change from 1-5 to Disagree, Neutral, Agree in 3 columns and also to define the Row Labels.

Each row: Comfort, Reliability & Design should relate to a single column in the view/table. 

In an ideal world I could also attach a numerical value against each column at form design without relating to scripting although the default action should be to capture the column name.

For now though just a basic implementation would be brilliant.
