New Outlook Plugin Version? Changes???

When I login to the Outlook plugin, it's telling me that there is a new version, but when I went to the website to download the new version and installed it, it still tells me there is a new version available.

Are some of the download links not updated with the new version? Would it be possible to put the version number in the filename so we know which one we're downloading.

What about the question of posting somewhere what the changes are so we know what to expect?
