Hi Team,

I've created 3 users and 1 of them got created successfully but the 2nd and 3rd ( admin@ewayinfosystem.com, info@ewayinfosystem.com), have been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. 

There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. 

Could you please help me !
