I am trying to connect our website forms (NinjaForms) to Zoho CRM using the plug-in below but the test result is saying "AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE - Rejected by API". Can you confirm that our ZOHO CRM "professional" package should work with this extension OK and if so offer some recommendation on how we can fix this particular issue? We currently have the "Professional" package for your easy reference. I am not sure if to do this, we need better API access.
