No fetch icon and not all emails have been fetched from Gmai

Dear ZOHO Team,

I have set up three Gmail accounts with Zoho. Two of them work just fine but the third one does not display the fetch icon and also did not get all my mails. It stopped in April. First I thought that due to first set up it would take longer to get all my mails. But now it has been several weeks ago and nothing has changed since. Pop up is enabled!
I also could not import my Gmail Contacts to ZOHO, although I grant ZOHO the access to my Google Account.

Could you please help. Unfortunately the account I am facing the issues is my primarily email address, so cannot leave it as it is.
