Hello!

We just started using Zoho Tasks and we hope it will help us manage various tasks. The only inconvenience is that when some user is tagged in description of the task, they don't get notification. I would love it to be fixed, cause now instead of tagging people in description we have to do it in comment section so they get further notifications.

We are using description to write short summary of the task, but we also want to include and tag certain members of the group. We are not able to invite any to the certain task. I guess it's because they are already in the group. The thing is that it's very flexible who work on specific tasks in our company. Sometimes it's one person, sometimes there are 2, 3 or 4. We don't have fixed group for that because it varies a lot - we are a small business.

Of course we assign one member to the task to be responsible for it, but there are also few people more who work on it. Therefore, we tried to tag them in description, but quickly realised they don't get notifications and are not invited to the specific task. It only works when I tag them in comment section, but that just.. weird 

How else could we fix that? Is there a possibility you will enable getting notifications when person is tagged in description? That would be perfect
