Not able to recWeive emails in outlook - till yesterday it was working

I am not able to send/receive mails through outlook now. It was working fine all these days till yesterday. When I log into zoho mail, I am able to see all the emails.

I have not done any changes in the settings. When I try to send/receive, it asks for username and password. Even when I enter correct credentials, it asks for re-entering the password.

Please help me in resolving this.
