Hello

I am checking ZOHO Free CRM and I have downloaded and installed the Plug-in for MS Outlook 2003.

It seem everything is OK and the plug-in icon appears in Control Panel (Add-remove programs) but anything is added in Outlook, nor toolbar nor menu or new icon.

 

After checking similar issues in the Forum and other ideas on the web, I have tried to add COM in Outlook 2003 (Tools->Options, Other tab->Advanced options->COM) but ZOHO plug-in is not shown in the combo list and it is not possible to add it

 

I have re-installed several times the plug-in, check windows updating, re-start the PC... but I haven't got the toolbar in Outlook

 

For my company is a high feature the integration with Outlook

I am not sure if the problem is the CRM Free version
