Not being able to visualize CONVERSATIONS/THREADS on a Certain ticket

Hi there guys, as the title implies we're having certain issues with a particular TICKET on our end ( #5046)

We cannot visualize the conversation regarding that ticket anywhere, could you please give us a hand with that?
