Not Everyone Got the Memo Apparently...

So, I converted my account to Zoho One. No issues there.

I activated Zoho Recruit and it ended up showing up as a Trial instead of the Enterprise version that I was expecting. No worries - I'll just email support. Here's part of the response I received:


In Zoho Recruit , the job board integration will be available only post the purchase of the product.


Now I get that you have 4000 employees but I would have expected that EVERYONE would be in the loop for such a HUGE release.

Also, Zoho People won't even activate.

In fairness, I'm still waiting for a response back from support, but I thought you might want to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I'll post back here when my issue is (hopefully) resolved.
