Using the native notes option within CRM is fine, it works and the RTF features are great, however, would it be possible - if there isnt already something in place, where we can add a reactions button, similar to teams/whatsapp to show that its been read or viewed by another user, whereby the note owner gets notified.

Eg John writes a note against James, Alex the account owner looks at that note, and reacts with a heart emoji - John gets notified that Alex has reacted to the note.
