Notification to customers when I use a Zoho function
Hi all,
I tried searching the community but couldn't find anything about it. I noticed that the customer receives the notification of reopening the old ticket but does not receive the notification of opening a new ticket when I use the function: "separate as new ticket".
Is it possible to create a procedure that prevents the reopening of an old ticket if the old ticket has been closed for more than "X" days? And, at the same time, is sending a ticket opening notification functional when the ticket is created by a separation?
