Notifications from Global Admin Account

It appears that anything done by the global admin account doesn't show up in the activity feed or any other notification.

For example, if the global admin account comments on a ticket we should see that action in the activity feed, for any other user it works fine, but for the global admin account there's no notification. That extends to the Zoho slack integration as well.

If a normal user comments on a ticket, or changes the status we see a notification in the Zoho feed and in Slack. But if the global admin comes in, puts a comment on a ticket, changes a status or anything else, we see no such notification.

Is it by design that the global admin account doesn't generate notifications?
