Notify agents when a new ticket priority is set to Critical

Hi,
I have added a new priority named "Critical".
I would like, as an agent, to be notified whenever a new ticket is created by a customer and the priority is set to Critical.

what is the best way of doing that?

Notification can be as an email/SMS/Push in the Zoho Desk app
