Notify specific agents when ticket is resolved
Hello,
I want to create new rule and send notification to the few agents when specific tickets are resolved.
For example, if Contact segment is A- Maia Manjgaladze, after status is updated, send alert to Maia Manjgaladze.
Here is the example how I'm doing it:
Execute on: Field Update: Status
Criteria: Segment is A- Maia Manjgaladze
Actions: Alerts -> Notification for PS (I've create new template)
It does not work.
