Numbered Lists and Sublists

I think numbered lists with sublists should be implemented like Microsoft Word. Currently, Zoho does lists like this:

1. Item here.
2. Another item
1. This sub item is also numbered.
2. another one
3. and another
3. Here's another item.

Microsoft Word uses letters for sub-items, which makes more sense to me in most cases.

1. Item here.
2. Another item
a. This sub item is also numbered.
b. another one
c. and another
3. Here's another item.
