I have an application with an external facing stateless form which updates fields in a normal form.

In one record of the normal form, the text entered in the stateless form has not been transferred to the normal form successfully.

Instead the text is being displayed as two buttons side by side with "Alt + M" and "Alt + N" on the buttons.

In fact all the longer text fields in this record have been changed to show these buttons.

Does anyone know why this has happened?
