Hi,

I have a custom function that merges ticket together when they have the same specific text in the subject.

If I trigger this manually via a macro it works flawlessly, every, single, time.

However when the customer function is attached to an 'On Create' Workflow, it never executes.

The ticket history show the workflow triggering but the custom function doesn't initiate the merge.
