One email works just fine; Can't seem to get another one to work!

One email works just fine; Can't seem to get another one to work!

info@qualified hire works through Zoho just fine....sending and receiving works great.

Now I tried to create sales@zoho.com, and followed the instructions.  Zoho shows

the new email created okay.... but senders get a "bounce back" when email is sent

to sales@zoho.com .


I have followed all instructions completely.

Certainly there is someone out there that has more than one email per domain, right?

Please help me!
