I have two forms CLIENTS and CLIENTHISTORY

In CLIENTHISTORY I need to fill the client ID, full name and office name

I want to select the client ID and once selected the fields of full name and office name to be filled automaticaly from the data already stored in CLIENTS form

How can I do it???
