One Way Overwrite Sync of Calendar from Outlook to Zoho CRM
Is this possible? I messed up with time zones and I have to redo the first large sync.
I deleted all the mirrored entries in the zoho crm calendar, so all the entries are now only in Outlook.
But whenever I sync, even though I set conflict resolution to "outlook wins", I keep getting asked if I want to delete all my calendar items in outlook, rather than importing them all to Zoho.
Similarly when I try to "export" they tell me the items have been added already, even though they've been deleted. I've emptied the recycling bin in calendars, didn't help.
Ideas? Or is it easier just to start another account? I tried calling the toll free number, but got an answering machine.
Edit: I tried syncing anyway, but removing all of the deletion entries when they ask if I want to do a custom sync. I get 2 empty dialog boxes, after which the Zoho CRM sync dialog hangs - I can close it, but pressing cancel doesn't do anything, and after waiting 10 minutes, nothing changes.
