OneAuth deleted my account info when I used a second account (2nd being .eu based)

I set up OneAuth on my original US based Zoho account to try & test. It worked well for a while.
I then tried to use 2fa with my EU based account. It deleted the settings for my US based account.
I decided the app was not mature/stable enough and switched to google-authenticator where both accounts now happily reside.

One of the reasons I switch between accounts is to show potential users demo's, but most of ZoHo products have a freemium version (so a very limited test for free for Forms, Survey etc.) while the EU versions have only paid for versions. Could zoho stimulate uptake by making freemium versions available for more products?
