Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. - Incoming disabled

Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. - Incoming disabled

I disabled incoming mail for  info@lcci.co.za  - and now it says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only."

If this feature is only for paid users it should warn you to prevent the account from being disabled in the first place? Otherwise, it seems like a form of extortion. 

This is extremely urgent! - the main account for all email for our Business Chamber.
I notice that your support can take weeks if not months to reply to support queries so I'm begging you to help unblock this account.
