Currently in zoho cliq there is no option for super admin to retrieve the deleted chat history. In some scenarios the users in the organization exchange the confidential information through the zoho cliq chat and then deleted the chat history. So as admin we also not able to retrieve that deleted message or chat if the user who send that message has deleted it.

I think as an admin there must be some two level security or backup space or something through which they can retrieve the deleted messages for specific time period.
