OSX Outlook Add-On - Add Email Not Working
I currently have the Outlook Add-On (v1.4) installed on my Mac.
Whenever I attempt to add an email from Outlook to CRM, it doesn't seem to work although I get a success notification.
I am logged in, and the add-on is performing the look-up within the CRM as I can see the account which the email address is associated with. I then proceed to click "Add Mail" and it then confirms that it has been added to the CRM. I then view the contact's details within the CRM, but the email is nowhere to be found.
Is there an issue with the add-on, or is there a delay until the email is shown within the CRM?
