Oulook Add-in - no account associating with Outlook 'Sent' emails

I thought I set up the Zoho Outlook Add-in properly and set up the 'Sent' folder sync settings as stated in the instructions.  If I send an email 'from Zoho', it does record the email under the 'email' section of the account. However, if I send an email out of 'Outlook' to an account I have in Zoho it does not associated itself to the Zoho account.  In other words, it's not syncing with Outlook's 'sent' folder.  And, in my testing, if someone responds to and email that I've sent out of either Zoho or Outlook, that is also NOT associating itself to the account.   I'm frustrated and don't want to spend anymore time trying to get it to work.
