Outgoing Disabled - On clicking that it shows Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.

Hi there,

My email id " kushal.soni@socialee.in" it is blocked due to excess mail storage.

But now when mails are deleted, it is not letting us to enable outgoing and incoming mail through control panel.
