Outgoing email blocked but can't email support like it says to because it is blocked!

Outgoing email blocked but can't email support like it says to because it is blocked!

I am on vacation, emailed a few pics from my zoho mail and now I'm blocked and it said to email support so I tried but it won't send because I used too much data! How do I remedy this? I also have to send some pics and files while away. Is normal? This is the first time I encountered this in a couple of years of using zoho. Can this be fixed or do I have to login to an old email account and use a different service. Please help! Thank you for your time.
