Outgoing emails - Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error

What do we need to do to rectify this ?
