Outlook 2007 can't login into add-on

Outlook 2007 can't login into add-on

I just subscribed with Zoho CRM and downloaded an Outlook add-on. As I'm trying to login from the Outlook I'm getting an error message "Please verify email and password" Tried to re-install and some other steps I saw on the forum but nothing works. The Outlook email integration is central for me and I must have this feature operational. 

I'm running Outlook 2007 in a parallel on Mac BookPro. I used Zoho CRM before (different company) and the add-on worked just fine in the same environment (parallel)

Please help!
