Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for john@lowcostwebsites.com.au.' reported error (0x8004DF0B) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for john@lowcostwebsites.com.au. Error: The connection to the server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

My internet connection is working fine and I am able to test the account settings in Outlook.

I have triple checked the setup for this imap account.  some days it works and other days it does not.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.  Attachment shows screenshots of Outlook config for this account.
