I have downloaded and installed the Outlook CRM plug-in however when I open up Outlook and try to associate certain emails to the CRM I am not able to.

 

I clearly see the add-in tab in Outlook and when I click on it I can also see the words "Send and Add to ZOHO CRM" however the words have no option to click on them. It shows as being faded and not an active link.

 

Any ideas? I have read on this but havent found any real answer.
