Outlook 2010 Integration

I've installed the Outlook 64-bit plugin and it shows up as an activated Com add-in inside Outlook.  I want to write and email and have it match to a contact and record to their history in Zoho.  However, when I click on the Add-In menu in the message compose window. the button and text for "Send and add to Zoho CRM" is ghosted out.
