I have just started a trial of the Zoho CRM, but cannot get the plugin to show up. I have checked it is activated in Outlook, but it still doesn't show up. I am using Windows 8.1 (64bit) and Outlook 2013 (32 bit).

I did manage to get the add in showing up in Outlook by downloading and installing the plugin from an old forum page. This download also contained KB908002 and redemption.dll (32 & 64bit). Although it then showed up I was unable to login, it kept informing me to enter a valid email address and password.

Looking at the forums and googling these problems it seems to be a very common problem with Zoho dating back several years, so it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the software developers.
