Outlook 2013 32-Bit / Win 8.1 64-Bit - inactive Add-In

Hi Everybody!

I have a very annoying issue with the Zoho-CRM PlugIn for MS Outlook - I cannot seem to get it to work at all...

My configuration is: Outlook 2013 (32-Bit) under Win 8.1 (64-Bit)

I tried to follow the instructions for the installation very carefully - downloading the proper plugin: "MS Outlook 2010 & 2013 32 Bit", running it as Administrator; In the installation dialogue I tried "for everyone" and also - after deinstalling it and reinstalling again I tried "for just me".
I repeated all steps after a reboot of the computer - neither did work :-(

It always shows up inactive after I open Outlook again... Even after manually checking it in the add-In options panel...

I was able to get it to work under Outlook 2010 (32-Bit) and Win 7 (64-Bit).

What puzzles me a bit: under the Win 7 installation I find that the zoho-plugIn also installed a redemption add-in; which is not the case in the Outlook 2013 / Win 8.1 installation. Shouldn´t that be the case here also?
