Outlook 2013 Integration: Subject Line / Association

How do you associate a TASK that is created from Zoho with Outlook 2013. The only indicator that shows on TASK that have been created from Zoho is an additional row right above the SUBJECT line that only says: "ZOHO"

This does not provide enough information to tell which, Lead, Account, or Contact is associated with the TASK.
