Outlook 2016 plug in in Apps-Add on

Outlook 2016 plug in in Apps-Add on

I'm evaluating Zoho CRM for my area of business and I'm having a difficult time finding the Outlook 2016 plug in for Zoho under Apps/Add-ons.  Can anyone guide me to where I can find an Outlook 2016 integrator?  

This is a critical piece of my evaluation.

p.s. i've been on hold with multiple routing ring backs with no response for the past 10 minutes...this too will be a concern if there's no proper customer service....
