We have authenticated and integrated Micorosoft Office with Zoho People. We enabled Outlook Actionable Messages. It was working but now the emails are no longer being formatted with buttons and instead appear as regular text emails with a link to approve the request.

 

I made a change to the layout in Zoho People and all the formatting appears to be lost. How do we get actionable cards in Zoho People to work again? Here is what the emails look like now:
