We are using ZOHO CRM and I have the outlook add-in.   However, I do not see any functionality inside of Outlook to connect me to my ZOHO CRM database.    The only thing that sort of works is contacts, but when I make changes in ZOHO, they do not carry over to my Outlook contacts.

 

What does the Outlook Add-In for ZOHO do and how do I access those features?
