When trying to link an email to a Potential from outlook, we use the function "Search and Add Email" from the outlook add-in

but this window has no box showing the results, it's blank. See screenshot of the window

It's not returning any results even if we are sure there are results.

I removed the add-in and reinstalled it, i removed java and reinstalled it, but this doesn't resolve it
