Outlook Calendar Sync BUG

Hi !

Each time I synchronize my Outlook Calendar with Zoho CRM, my appointments planned in Outlook at 15:00 are correctly planned in Zoho at 03:00 PM , but they are automatically modified in Outlook to 03:00 AM...!!!

Can you fix this bug please ???

Is there a way to use 24:00 hour format in Zoho instead of 12:00 AM or PM ???

I'm using MS Outlook 2007 with Windows XP SP3
