OUTLOOK EXCHANGE

Is there any way to AUTOMATICALLY capture and save all sent and received e-mail for "ALL" contacts and all Leads that are in ZOHO CRM using outlook exchange.   Also,  does the "Ownership" of the record in Zoho matter? 

Imap - appears to "Delete" all e-mails from Zoho - when you delete e-mail from Outlook inbox?  

I do not have the "POP" access as my exchange is "Hosted" by a 3rd party.


If this is not working "automatically" does anyone know of any 3rd party products that can be added to make this work
