I installed the plugin for Outlook 2010, I can get the contacts to export using the plugin but never to sync properly to Zoho.com.  I installed while outlook was off, and made sure the plugin is enabled in the addon and trust center in outlook.  It only ever seems to sync a few contacts and thats it....
