Outlook Plug-in AddEmail to Contacts/Leads isn't working for me
My integration between the CRM and Zoho email is going okay.
My problem is the Outlook Plug-in. I have a contact in ZOHO CRM. For whatever reason, I receive an email in my separate Outlook mail. I have installed in Outlook Plug-in. (yes, I make sure it is logged in). and when I highlight the email; click /add Email/; get the add email to ZohoCrm where I have the different options; click /search and add/; locate my contact, highlight it and click /add to Zoho Crm/; I get a message "Successfully added to Zoho CRM".
I then go to my contacts and the email isn't there. I searched everywhere. I can't find where that darn email got added to anything. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting on the Zoho side that I haven't done?
