Outlook Plug in and Outlook/Teams Integration
Issue: We have constant
meetings occurring for various projects. These is very challenging and
difficult to track in Zoho Projects due to lack of Outlook plug in and
Integration.

Suggestion/Idea:
Outlook Plug: When creating a meeting, with the help of the Outlook
plugin user can create that meeting as a task in Zoho Project
and has an ability to assign that task to a project, a milestone and a
Task list all from Outlook plugin.
Outlook/Teams Integration: With the help of integration, Zoho
Project automatically logs people’s time based on their meeting attendance
for those meetings created using the plugin. Thus, if someone spends 4 hours
a day in meetings, they wouldn’t have to scramble through those tasks and
projects, the Integration would automatically pick those meeting’s
attendance, log people’s time respectively.
