Outlook Plug in - clicking sync tells you to select folder

Hi I have installed the Outlook plugin for Zoho and the add e-mail and create case work fine. When I try to sync tasks, calender or contacts it says,

"For Sychronizing Task, Please select the task folder as mentioned in the Zoho CRM Preferences"

I click on the Zoho CRM button, then Preferences, I browse to the correct folder i.e. tasks, calender and contacts, I press OK and just end up at the same error.

Any ideas.
